简介start.spring.io访问太慢，构建SpringBoot项目失败
在构建 SpringBoot 项目时，因为之前一直是用的默认地址，也就是
https://start.spring.io/
但是经常性会出现访问慢，或根本打不开的问题
阿里云提供了镜像代理，修改地址为
https://start.aliyun.com
即可实现 SpringBoot 项目构建加速
